MHFAider® Support App

In addition to the two-day course, MHFA England also offers three years of support to learners. This includes access to an online support app, which provides a range of resources and tools to help learners continue to develop their skills and knowledge. One example of the app’s use is for learners to track their own mental health and wellbeing, and to identify any potential warning signs or triggers. The app also provides guidance on how to manage stress and how to take care of oneself.


Upon completion of the course, learners will receive a certificate of attendance and a comprehensive manual, which can be used as a reference guide in the future. In addition, learners will also have access to three years of support from MHFA England, including access to a support app that offers tips, guidance, and resources on managing mental health.


The cost of the MHFAider® course is  £320. This cost includes all materials, the certificate of attendance, and three years of support from MHFA England.
