The Covid-19 outbreak ushered in a new way of working.
Many people have never worked remotely and far fewer have continuously worked from home. With this comes a new experience and new challenges.
For the majority of people, working in this way for several days and weeks is an entirely new experience and is throwing up challenges around communication, adaptation, worry, and fear, all of which will impact in some way on your wellbeing.
To help you to adapt I will be hosting a live event via Zoom and I will share with you tips on how to manage and take care of the wellbeing of yourself and others.
In the 45 Minute Session we will cover
- How to keep your spirits high and improve your confidence
- How to create some ‘Me Time’ at home
- What to do if you are feeling more anxious, depressed or stressed
We may also be joined by some industry experts from around the country who can give you advice on nutrition, diet and other complimentary methods of wellbeing that you can do to enhance your work-life balance.
