Welcome to our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England training courses booking website! Our courses are designed to teach individuals how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental health issues and provide first-aid support. We offer four courses, including the two-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFAider), MHFA Refresher Half Day, MHFA Champion One Day, and MHFA Aware Half Day.
These courses are suitable for everyone aged 16 and above. Our courses are delivered by accredited Mike Lawrence, an approved Instructor Member who has undergone extensive training to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
